This Dairy Queen has struggled as other businesses with staffing and challenging turn into and out of traffic.However, in the last month, I have noticed they invested in making this the safe, inviting place individuals and families remember. They have painted and spotless dining area.This past Sunday I called about an ice cream cake. The young man was busy but courteous. Rather than lose my business by being abrupt, he invited me to come in and look at the ice cream cakes. When I got there I questioned if he was the manager/franchise owner because he was so professional, courteous and customer service focused. I complimented them on all the work they have done. He smiled SO big and said they wanted to do it for their customers.Recently, I have noticed more courteous employees, your order is accurate and fast service at the drive through window.My only problem is trying to stay away from this Dairy Queen and their delicious ice cream treats!
