Helen's Hot Chicken

Customer service was excellent. Other than that it was an extremely meh experience. Chicken was dry and tough and pretty flavorless. Mac and cheese was almost inedible. Waffle was delicious though.

Get the waffle! It's amazing! The chicken was really good as well. We were amazed by how hot, temperature wise, the chicken fingers were. They stayed warm until the very end. The sauce sneaks up on you, but it has good flavor. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful wonderful place. The food was amazing very juicy chicken. I had a a hot chicken sandwich and the potato salad which was great! We also tried the waffle which was airy, fluffy and light. The service was also so good. Very helpful for first timers and checked in often. The heat is at a level where you are still able to enjoy what you are eating. We also tried the extreme hot on a tender and I thought I could hang with hot but it took 7 minutes to recover lol. I recommend coming here!

I placed an order via Doordarsh on January 18th at 11:39am for a whiting fish sandwich combo. The description states that it comes with a drink,a side, onions,pickels, mustard and hot sauce on the side. I added cheese to it. It took them a while to actually accept the order.When I finally got my order, (close to 1:30pm) the sandwich was plain. No mustard, no pickes, no onions, no cheese, cold fries and a cold fish sandwich and no drink. On the receipt it said plain whiting fish sandwich. Tha … – show

The best fried chicken in Nashville hands down 100% recommend the girl that works at the till is so nice I will be back.
