Lola Bean Coffee

Laura has always been an amazing asset to Robertson co! Her coffee is to die for! She is such a bubbly person and a wonderful person to know!

My first experience at Lola Beans wasn’t the best. The girls that work there however are very nice and give excellent customer service. However, I first tried ordering a chai tea latte and they were out. So I ordered a white chocolate frappe and received a mocha frappe (and I’m not a fan of mocha whatsoever) so I had to return to the store to tell them I’d ordered a white chocolate frappe instead of mocha. The girl taking my order tells me they are out of white chocolate and I’m not sure why I was allowed to order a drink once again they didn’t have. So she suggested a caramel frappe which ended up being pretty good. I know with openings there are small hiccups and I will tell you, I’m giving it another chance in maybe a month or so when they have the opportunity to get everything together. But my first experience was definitely a little rough. The customer service is very good there and one of the main reasons I’m going to return.

The customer service is top notch! She really knows her stuff and you can feel the love poured into every drink. I love the non-coffee options since I'm not much of a coffee drinker and my hubby enjoys her dark roast beans as part of his morning routine.
