Papa Johns Pizza

I don't know why yesterday was special but my carryout order was perfect. The perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The breadsticks were awesome. The employees were very nice and it's the best experience I've ever had at this location!

I must admit I was disappointed in the quality of my pizza and even more so, the lack of customer service I received for this particular order. I ordered Papa John's pizza because they're my favorite. But this time, there was pineapple on my pepperoni pizza. I didn't ask for pineapple and when I called to report the issue, the manager was rude. He stated that because it was on the receipt, there was nothing to be done. And he then abruptly hung up! So I picked the pineapple chunks off, destroying the pie. I have not ordered pizza again since this incident. Although I received my order by delivery, the issue definitely affected my (home) atmosphere.

Ordered a 12” cheese stick and got a 10” pizza instead. The drink and sauces were right. It was really weird. If you get from here def pick up and don’t order delivery.

Ordered a large works pizza and had it delivered. The pizza took an hour and a half to get. The pizza was also not close to being done and the slices looked like a small child did it. First and last time here.

Usually my order is for pickup and I'm Alway's pleased with my food ,the presentation, temperature,sometimes the wait may be lengthy but my food is delicious and mouth? watering.
