I came back to check the lowest reviews and realized the issues we had are consistent complaints.There was a total of five customers in the restaurant including me, and my husband. There was a woman standing behind a counter that showed little interest about welcoming us as she nonchalantly motioned that we sit wherever we want.We sat at the bar hoping we'd get better service there.We were wrong. The bartender/server seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else. He was more concerned about looking at his phone, and doing busy work than helping us. He didn't even bother to offer drink refills when our glasses were empty. The side of mayonnaise he brought for our hamburger looked like it had been sitting all day. Instead of replacing it when we asked about it, he provided an excuse for why it appeared that way.The food was a mix of meh and good. The Flatbread itself was good, but we didn't care for the toppings. The hamburger was alright. The tater tots were not good. Side salad was boring.There's no possible way to provide this level of poor service, combined with mediocre food and remain competitive. I encourage the owners to stop responding that the staff are always striving for great customer service and make the changes that support that claim, because nobody wants a hit or miss experience.

Love this place 10/10!!!!! I have become a little bit of a regular here as i now live nearby!!! It is my absolute favorite from their coffee selections to everything on the menu! If you’re going, you must ask for the server, Corah. She is not only the most friendly and enjoyable server to have but she knows the menu inside and out and always has the best recommendations!!! She’s also super efficient and gets things out to you asap! Always checking in and always has a smile on her face !!!! Thanks for always giving the best service Corah!

Love The Goat and this location! Their spinach salad is my favorite. Last time I was there, we had Sam as our bartender/server and he provided AMAZING service!

Had quite a large crew in there for a meal and it was kinda chaotic but not only was the food amazing but our waitress Corah was amazing! She put up with cranky kids and hangry adults and was an absolute delight! Despite the packed restaurant and we knew she was spread thin...Corah seamlessly handled it all! Cant wait to come back! The Goat is actually the G.O.A.T!!!

Absolutely wonderful service by Corah! The food is always the best. We love this place for breakfast!!!
