White Bison Coffee

I’m not sure why maybe the girl was the manager but she was horrible attacking the cashier last night. He was just having a hard time entering the birthdate from my wife’s ID I’m assuming he was New but she was very rude to him and my wife and I’ve always loved Bison Coffee I would go to the one in cool springs and they never acted like her ever. Maybe if she wanted to be critical of someone she could take a good look at herself and that attitude.

Okay, I work right behind this place directly across from the Starbucks . I like to get a double shot of espresso with cream. I can order this from Starbucks, or I can order it from the White Bison. Well- I had recently discovered that I could spend $2, plus tax at White Bison and add cream from their self service station, rather than the $2.75 it costs at Starbucks, which includes heavy cream this economy right! . Since it is so much easier to get in and out of White Bison, I have been going there instead of Starbucks. Today I was told that I could not get a double shot of espresso and use their self service cream and that I would instead have to purchase a latte. Seriously, anyone getting coffee can use the cream, but he says I talked to my manager and you use too much cream . So, back to preordering and going to Starbucks instead.

There not 24hours they don't open until 4am. Doors locked one staff member

I waited 10 minutes to place an order to be told you have to use a self a check screen. Then you have an employee coughing on theirs hands and not washing them. Hardly anyone likes self check as two elderly people didn’t even know how to use it and your employee refused to help them, as she was to busy on her phone and coughing in her hands.Garbage customer service leads to a garbage business. The service has really gone down hill since John left (I think that was his name). There's one young woman in there who is really nice but she had not arrived to work before I ordered. The guy at the gas station register was too busy harassing his girlfriend on the phone to ring my Mocha up correctly. I could have walked out with a $2.99 Mocha, instead they finally charged me $3.99, I didn't argue with them, lol. Atleast the Mocha tasted good.
