Bahama Grill - Nassau

We were looking for something local and found this place. Food is amazing. We had a family combination that it was a whole chicken with rice and peas, yellow fried spots on vegetables (broccoli and carrots) perfectly cooked. The chicken was amazing, has taste and fresh. It only costs $40 taxes.

The Bahama Grill serves up incredible plates. Since I shared my dish, I can offer a review on both. Let's start with the Conch Burger. First off I've never had a Conch Burger, and I wasn't sure what to expect. If you've never had one, it's in between ground beef and crab cake texture. I know, that's hard to grasp but go with me. My burger was plentiful thick, hand tossed, breaded and patty. What I enjoyed was that Bahama Grill gave it a slight grilled flavor. As you bite into it, your also hit with a blend of chili pepper, garlic and black pepper. The bun was thick and fluffy. It was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the red onion provided a nice spice, also. The fried plantains were some of the best I've had, and I've had them from different islands and central America. The plantain was fried to a nice sweet texture. It wasn't too soft, or too firm. The carrots and broccoli were delightfully steamed. Soft bite with a nice crunch. The lobster. Steamed lobster. Masterfully crafted to perfection. Spices were well crafted and complimented each other. The tail was a thick portion and offered more than we could eat. The tail was served with a very slight char grilled taste and brushed with lite butter. The mac n cheese was ridiculously good. Never have I had mac n cheese prepared like this. Baked cheese, spices and heavenly. I have no words. Incredible.

We went as part of the tour with arched cars. And it was one of the best meals we had since we landed definitely appreciate the experience and taste we have to enjoy. If I ever needed another excuse to come back to Bahamas, it was

We went on a tour. The tour brought us to this restaurant for lunch and it is definitely a great restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderful. The staff was great. The food was good also. Would definitely recommend this to anybody
