Carmines - Nassau

Like other carmines locations they take precautions for GF dishes. Chef comes out to discuss the order and options. Good pasta and big portions! Probably the most cost effective dinner at Atlantis for the sit down restaurants

The gluten free pasta chicken parm isn’t the best you’ve ever had, but it is decent. This place is family style and has big portions. They have gluten free bread. The wait staff was well trained. Overall it was pretty good and most importantly I did not get sick

Excellent service, chef came out to talk to me help with my selections.GF bread was decent it comes with the oil garlic to dip. Went back 2nd time had a different chef was treated the same. We will be going back for the 3rd time before we leave. Just kmow their portions are huge but my non GF husband loved the GF pasta

I had the chicken scalloppini. Beware this is family style! So if others in your group won't eat gluten free, you'll have many left overs! They do offer GF pasta and were easy to work with. Food was good and staff friendly. They did give GF bread but it was nothing like the yummy looking garlic bread everyone else had.

Had their gluten free bread, Caesar salad (No croutons) and GF penne vodka. Pretty good
