Shark Bites - Nassau

I had lunch here every day during our trip! The chef personally came out to talk to me each time and assured me he understood celiac disease and cross-contamination. They also have a dedicated fryer! I enjoyed three different meals: a salad with salmon and fries, nachos, and a burger!

The restaurant offers a gluten-free fryer for their fries and gluten-free burger buns. I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger, which was delicious and served in a generous portion.

Make sure to sit on the dining side of the restaurant, as the quick bites section isn't equipped to handle modifications or allergies. The chef came out every day to double-check allergies and the food handling process, which was reassuring. We enjoyed lunch by the pool each day; the burgers, hot dogs, nachos, and fries were all excellent. It was also comforting to know there was a dedicated fryer for fried foods, ensuring they were safe to enjoy.

You must be staying at Atlantis or have a day pass to dine at Shark Bites. This is the only restaurant at Atlantis with such restrictions, as it is located in the pool area.

Loaded Nachos, Hamburger, Hot Dog/ fries with chili…..not the healthiest fare/ but very tasty and staff took much care to ensure no cross-contamination. Great for lunch time. Speak with the chef, they will take care of you.
