A great place to lunch in natal, especially when they are in ponta negra. the selection of foods was decent and it was almost always vegan. unfortunately they had no samosas! there is also a balance of Indian and Brazilian oriented. I had hoped that the Indian food spicier and a little tasteful, but I think most Brazilians prefer Indian food not as sharp as it would be if traditionally served. the owner is really friendly and speaks English. she was happy to explain the courts and ask general about her place to answer. the restaurant is located in an opposite, which looks shaded, but it is good to run in. at least during the day.
Beautiful and cozy place. delicious and delicious Indian food.
We were in Natal, Brazil only for a few days. Unfortunately due to our tight schedule, we were only able to eat here once. But, absolutely everything was delicious. We are vegan and were so grateful to find this place. It was one of the best meals we had during our visit to Nata.
As the description says, it's Hare Krishna affiliated. You can buy their books if you want to but there is no proselytization going on. A godsend or Krishna send , since this area is a total disaster for people who do not consume animals. They offer a daily lunch buffet with about 8 choices plus salad and fruit and a couple different samosas, sweet and salty varieties. Payment for the buffet is by weight, the samosas are roughly 1 each. The food is good and mostly or exclusively vegan. On weekends the buffet is the brazilian national dish Feijoada in vegetarian and vegan versions labeled . Seating is outdoors in the shade about 10 tables . It does not appear they are open in the evenings; maybe for special events.
