The Pho was brilliant, but I wish they had a few more choices for proteins on their Pho. Clean, beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Natchez desperately needs the variety of cuisine and that fits perfectly. Will definitely return to try the rest of their menu.
If you’re craving Vietnamese cuisine in Mississippi, this is the spot for you. The pho broth is a delightful treat for your taste buds. However, if you’re looking for authentic flavors, be sure to ask for them. The bread is flavorful and not at all bland—make sure to enjoy it while it’s hot and steaming, rather than letting it cool. The staff is wonderful, the waitresses are attentive, and the service is outstanding.
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine... absolutely delicious! Be sure to try the Fried Wings in Fish Sauce; some locals have mentioned they find the fishy aroma overwhelming, but I think they're incredible. They're incredibly crispy and moist, almost buttery! The Pho soup is truly comforting for the soul. I always order it with all three meats—meatballs, rare beef (which is delightful even after the flavorful broth cooks it), and I can't recall the third. The owners and staff genuinely appreciate their guests and create a warm atmosphere.
This restaurant opened its doors today, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The Spring Rolls were fantastic, and the Rare Beef Noodle Soup was one of the tastiest I've ever had. However, almost every dish my husband and I ordered seemed to be garnished with cilantro. This isn’t an issue for us, but if you’re not a fan, just be aware and watch for it on your plate. The staff was incredibly friendly, with several waiters consistently checking on us. The kitchen was a bit slow, and one of our entrees arrived noticeably later than the others. I'll chalk this up to first-day jitters, so I’ll be sure to give it another try on our next visit.
We came here at around 2:30 or so, which isn't the most active time for a family style restaurant. However, it does make for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a light lunch either at their front bar or a comfortable table for four. The egg rolls and vinegar dipping sauce were excellent. The Vietnamese iced coffee was fantastic, though I would save it for desert since it is a bit sweet. (Probably goes well with their custard pies! The whole place was very clean, orderly, and well lit with modern pop music humming in the background. Our host and waitress were friendly and attentive. Tables were stocked with plenty of sriracha, hoisin, chili garlic, and fish sauce, along with salt, pepper, sweeteners, and napkins. I will definitely come back for a full lunch and dinner some time in the future to try out the rest of their menu!
