Five Guys - Natick

My my, this is one burger joint you’ll want to hit! Five Guys creates amazing food, there burgers and fries tasting absolutely heavenly compared to other restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is quick! The prices are right, and that’s all I have to say about this great little burger place.

This is the only five guys I'll go to (others nearby were not good at all). The food is great, but it's the staff that make me return. Always incredibly friendly, willing to help fix any order issue, and make great food!

Among all the Five Guys restaurants in Boston, the Natick location is my top choice! I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely friendly, energetic, and just all-around awesome people. The food is also delicious! This is the only place where they always get my order right. If you enjoy a tasty burger and fries, I highly recommend visiting this Five Guys location!

The food at this restaurant is excellent. However, I have some feedback for the team regarding their online ordering system. The system is confusing and frustrating, which ultimately led me to deduct a star from my rating. Even though the app has a button that suggests your order will be ready when you arrive, it doesn't actually work that way. When you get there, they still call out orders by number, which doesn't align with the online system. So, you end up having to ask if your order is ready, even though you've already indicated that you're on your way and in the restaurant. It's a bit of a mess and you can't rely on the app instructions. Expect delays and be prepared to announce yourself when you arrive, as they won't call out your name, only your order number.
