Smashburger - Natick

A few weeks to dinner stopped because my son wanted to try a smashburger. the burgers we had were in order. but good, nothing special. the pommes were very disappointing. for $4.49 for a big pommes I was very, very disappointed about the amount. the package was literally half full. total tear. but disappointing the place was not particularly clean. I watched the expediter (one of the 20s man with dreadlocks) who grabbed our bag, sniffed several times into his hands and then went on to our eating. he also spoke loudly about how he had done everything he could do on this job and how he was looking for a new one. I ate my dinner and tried to ignore his germs. I'm not going back there.

Out of all of the Smashburger locations here in Boston, this location in Natick is my absolute favorite place!!! I love it here!!!! The staff here are very friendly, energetic, and all really awesome people!!! The food is so delicious too!! This is the only place that has gotten my order right every time I’m here!! If you love a delicious burger and fries, I highly recommend this Smashburgerlocation!!!!

My brisket burger was a bit on the salty side, but my husband loved his classic burger. Wished he’d ordered two for later.

Absolutely disappointed. This was my first time trying smashedburger and I was very excited at first. After I got my order, I went home to eat dinner with my husband I discovered they totally messed up my order. They gave me bacon when I asked no bacon. They literally left out the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Fries were halfway cooked. It’s unfortunate to have such a first time experience like that.

Basic Smashburger is so good! Always get the Brussels sprouts. Very tasty.
