Sweetwaters Coffee Tea - Natick

A trip to Sweetwaters is sure to brighten your day. Whether you sit and enjoy your order or take it to go. The vibe is bright and the staff are so friendly. I ordered an oat milk chai and a ham cheese croissant. Both were truly delectable. They have a small shelf of books for sale. Great location. Street parking.

Really bad service. Avoid. The staff has a bad attitude; asked us to wait as regular coffee was out, said would give us a call and we sat by the window. After 10m I want back to check at the counter and they said “we placed your order at the pickup area”. No answer when I ask about the “call” both coffees were cold and they would not remake. Terrible experience! One of the people serving claimed to be the manager. We left…the bagel table next door is so much better and a local business.

This was a really nice little cafe in Natick Center that I happened upon when in the area this morning. There was plenty of free parking before 9am on side streets, and possibly right in front. The barista who rang me up dealt with a challenging situation with a patron in front of me very well, and I wanted to commend her for that (I did not catch her name). A very kind, unhoused woman in front of me, when I was in line again, wanted a tea, but did not have the money to pay for it. The barista was incredibly kind to her, and after conferring with her coworker, dealt with the situation with empathy and tact. It was very, very busy in there this morning, and the two staff behind the counter managed the crowd well and with ease. My matcha tea was great as well :]There is plenty of room inside to spread out, with great atmosphere.

The service is not very good at this establishment and food is mediocre. If you are looking for a establishment similar to Starbucks, this is the place you are looking for. If you’re looking for pastries and breakfast, I would look elsewhere.

Just stopped in for a sweet treat with my son. The red velvet cake was so old and stale...my whole fork could pick it up..it was dry and the icing had started to peel away from the dry cake. I brought it back up to exchange for something fresh....they refused...I asked for a refund they refused. Never again...what a rip off and RUDE counter help!
