My husband and I ordered lunch from Stone Oven via Uber Eats. I had enjoyed their food in the past, so I was looking forward to it. I ordered the Basil Garlic sandwich with a side of potato salad, while my husband chose the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pasta on the side. He really enjoyed his sandwich, but mine was quite dry and lacking flavor. I wouldn't order the Basil Garlic sandwich again.

When I asked if I could order a sandwich instead, she said yes, so I requested a turkey sandwich with no toppings, as I only wanted the bread. However, she told me that wasn't possible. I was astonished! I was willing to pay $9.99 for a $4.75 Focaccia. I couldn't understand why she wouldn't serve me. Throughout my years in customer service, I always strive to treat others kindly, so being met with such rudeness was incredibly disheartening. Stone Oven is damaging its reputation by having someone like this on their staff. I left feeling upset and saddened by the way I was treated.

I have to wait 25 minutes for my order. This was at 1:00 on Saturday, July the 10. There were 3 children who had fun and were out loudly cursed, I ask for one of their pizzas, they went to make the pizza, the pizza type pulled out the pizza and he stick his fingers on the pizza several times to find out the pizza is ready. There's no way I'm going back to this place.
