Contribuisci feedbackPanda Tea House in National Harbor, MD, proved to be a convenient choice during my recent business trip. Their exceptional customer service, close proximity to our hotel, and delicious beverages made it a standout choice. The anime-themed decor added a unique touch, creating a fun atmosphere. While prices were slightly higher, the overall experience was worthwhile. However, during my visit, they faced inventory shortages, which was a minor downside. If you're in the area, Panda Tea House is a great option for a refreshing drink near your hotel, but be prepared for occasional inventory challenges.
This might be the worst bubble tea experience of my life. And there have been many bubble tea experiences, some of them not very good.Let's go through the lowlights: Customer service is rude. It seemed like the person working there wished that we weren't there. Terrible service. The menu has nothing other than what looks like low end powered drinks. No regular green or oolong bubble tea, etc. The prices are ridiculous. Roughly 50 percent above what a good bubble tea should be and 100 percent more than what one would expect to pay for the garbage quality they serve. Yes, bad quality drinks. The thai tea was unappealing. We barely finished half of it. They charged $1.50 for a cup to split the drink. Lame. This place is terrible.
I had the Bobo Tea for the first time visiting this shop was so stinking cute. And to get a cup with my birth zodiac ? on it I was in awe too cute I got the strawberry ? slushy with the bubbles That had little Gummies in it. The children loved it.
Do not go. Poor quality and $10 per drink. Tasted spoiled. Should have known by the aggressive no refunds/exchanges policy posted everywhere.
SO GOOD!! get the mango dragonade tea with mango popping if you want something Thats refreshing!
