We went to dinner, the waiter did not make the hot sauce that they, when they opened, they did not have the hot and acid soup, very bad idea to take it out of the menu, we had vegetables dumplings, they were dry on a plate with a little sauce, they were not good, vegetables spring rolls the menu said they were 4 and only came 3 rice with vegetables, the small pieces of chicken
Pf Changs is one of those chains that is a bit better in Mexico than the USA a little higher and a little better food. If you avoid the most popular lunch hours, the service is good and the room is not too loud and hectic. The Asian Cesar Salad is a good option, like the Singapore Street Noodles.
Personally I find this place fun and easy because it promotes a lot of family style dining. It has been a huge success in Mexico. This particular branch in Paseo Interlomas has a fun private room which can accommodate up to 9 -10 people. The plates and flavors are fun, like sweet and sound, candied walnuts, melon, with breaded proteins like chicken, shrimp and unfortunately no more scallops. Rice with veggies is a must, and wonton soup. Fun drinks are present and huge deserts to share! A very family friendly place usually located inside a mall!
The first time I walked into a PF Chang’s I was in for a surprise. Great Chinese from such a large franchise? Non way!, could I have been more wrong. Every time I try a new Chinese restaurant, no matter how large or small I always request the same dish so that I can make an accurate comparison, this being Beef and broccoli. You can tell a lot from the ratio of meat to vegetables, the quality of the ingredients as well as the tenderness of the beef. IN this case everything was perfect; and such seem to be the case with most of the other dishes I’ve tried. Service is always good and sometimes even great.
