Quilmes - Naucalpan de Juárez

I know it would be extremely difficult for an average tourist to land in such a non tourist like area. Indeed the only reason I visited this place is because my parents live nearby so whenever I visit this is a good option. Anyway if...you find yourself on the area or find any of the other branches this restaurant has around town make sure you give it a try. The meat is lovely, good seasoned and perfectly cooked. There are several appetisers to choose from (the empanadas are my favourite) and salads are also pretty decent in terms of flavour and size. Service is spot on. Staff is friendly and helpful. A bonus for sure, is the nice view of the City your can get from the monumental glass panels at the back of the restaurant.

It is in the La Cúspide shopping mall; therefore no parking problem. The hostess was cordial and efficient. So were the waiters. I ordered an arrachera. It was brought as I ordered it: medium, and just out of the grill. It was served with a...small portion of potato chips, a couple of grilled small onions, and a pair of grilled jalapeños. Out of a possible I would rate this dinner with a The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye, and has a magnificent view of the city, and surroundings. Try it if you haven't.

Our visit started bad. There were waiters waiting on all the outside tables. So when we asked for anything, one waiter would tell another waiter, and no one would help us or bring us what we ordered. We asked for a great cut of...meat....they brought us a very tough cut, full of nerves. That's when I walked over to the manager Eduardo, a great and efficient guy. He brought us Victor to be our waiter. Amazing!!! Victor brought us everything fast, the best cut of meat (a huge difference), juicy, tender, delicious. This is a great restaurant, with a fantastic view......just ask for Victor to be your waiter. Sit outside next to the window to enjoy the view.

Starting with food that is plain good as consequence of large kitchen with lots of rotation, gives you some freshness with some details to improve. People is atentive with great attitude and helpful. Tables are too close and when it is full is noisy.
