Marsha prepared a dinner for 6 at my home She arrived with everything she needed to prepare our delicious meal When our guest arrived, she served flat bread with feta cheese, tomato's and steak yummy. From there, she served the salad and then our main course which was fillet, skewered, shrimp, mashed potatoes and baby green beans. She wrapped it up with crème brûlée. That was some of the best I've ever eaten. We enjoyed our coffee and dessert, she cleaned the kitchen and left everything the way she found it. Truly, an exceptional experience and one that I would highly recommend.

Marcia was wonderful! We had a small private dinner party at an Airbnb. She arrived prepared, was very friendly, communicated well in advance about menus and was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing, and I appreciated her asking what food and preferences we have. Everyone was thrilled and it was a fun worry free night with Marcia as head chef!

We wanted to create a special occasion for a small dinner party for three couples. We’ve used Marcia’s culinary talents before for a large party so we asked her again and of course, it was a delight from start to finish. A wonderful variety of apps to start the evening. Followed by our personal meal selections that were superbly prepared. Larger party…smaller gathering. Marcia knows how to make it all memorable. Thank you!! We had such an amazing experience with Marcia! She cooked for 11 of us on a bachelorette. From our first call to picking the menu to the actual dinner absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious and she was able to accommodate for vegetarian. I would definitely recommend her!! We started with the most delicious arancini (the sauce was unreal), followed by a stacked tomato and mozzarella salad with olive tapenade and topped with a basil dressing. The entree was chicken with mushrooms and green beans in a Madeira sauce over mashed potatoes. The dessert was a flourless chocolate cake (made with espresso), topped with salted Carmel ice cream and fruit.

Sweet Pea Cuisine (Marcia) provided us with a phenomenal experience for an evening for a milestone birthday party for 5. From our initial contact, Marcia communicated very well to help us set dates and menu, taking into consideration allergies and food taste. The recommendations were spot on and enjoyed by all members in our party. On party day Marcia was prompt and professional. She is very personable and we had great conversations about her experiences and her knowledge base on food. While we were having a party, she was able to interject herself when needed. We had enough leftover to enjoy the food another day. She came in to a spotless kitchen and left a spotless kitchen. All in all this was a phenomenal experience and would recommend her to anyone. We certainly will reach out to marcia again.
