Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a strawberry lemonade for my 2 year old and when I asked if I could get a straw for her drink she told me should no that she could only give me the one for the Frappuccino, so I had a screaming toddler on the way home crying for her drink.
Bad customer service, order was wrong and got our cressant after several people who ordered after us. Don't go here.
I usually go out in town to for my Starbucks, because every single time I come here it’s an issue. Today Alexia gave me attitude about my order, I told her it’s supposed to have extra caramel and her reply was “it does you can just barley see it” I order the same drink every single time and if anyone ever forgets the caramel they usually just fix it, apology and move on… might want to also reconsider your attitude and approach for a future customer. Meanwhile I’ll continue to go to town for my orders.
Place can be a real hit or miss. Usually they are on point and the drinks are good but here recently I've been having more and more issues with the quality of drinks or the servers. The server can either be really nice and helpful or the complete opposite where it seems like your bothering them. My most recent visit I waited 10 min I'm the front because all of the workers were on the back talking. The only reason one even came out is because she saw me through the glass eventually. It's what you would expect from a base Starbucks.
They are superfriendly at this store. And quick with mobile orders.
