Vico's Grill - Navan (an uaimh)

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I am frustrated that they never answer phone calls and appear to disregard online orders. As a result, I will not be placing an order with them again.

I found it disgusting to eat at this restaurant due to the appearance and attire of the server. I do not recommend it at all. Additionally, the female server with short hair was not wearing a hat.

The restaurant's service is poor and disrespectful. The staff seem untrained and the owner does not seem to care, leading to a lack of proper customer service. The food is poorly prepared and orders are often incorrect. Overall, the restaurant lacks hygiene and professionalism.

The upstairs rooms were spotlessly clean and provided an exciting experience. The staff were extremely helpful and provided me with all the assistance I needed. The only downside was that my water tank was completely empty. Overall, it was a good experience. - Darragh Oreilly.

"I ordered garlic cheesy fries and taco cheesy fries, but the portions were not even full. The man working there was extremely grumpy and unpleasant. While I was waiting for my food, he was also preparing an online order. He had a glove on one hand, but not on the other. I watched as he first used the ungloved hand to clean his face, and then used it to handle the food. It was absolutely disgusting. He tossed the food onto the counter as if it were garbage. There was no politeness, no 'please' or 'thank you.' I assume there is new management because years ago the staff was friendly and the place was clean. I will definitely never return to this restaurant."
