Little Caesars - Navarre

This location started off awesome but has gradually gotten worse and worse. I usually do support them on Facebook posts because they had been one of the most consistent chain pizza spots in Navarre but they are rapidly declining. Today took nearly an hour for our pizza when the tracker said 25 minutes. When we got home and looked at the pizza, this is what we got! Hardly no pepperoni at all and 3” plus wide crust!! This is terrible and it’s a weekend so nobody cares.

I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza and a pepperoni fanceroni. My order ran 15 to 20 minutes past pickup time. Pizza Portal doesn't even work. When I got the pizzas home we looked at it and literally half of the pizza was just crust on both. The fanceroni had maybe six pieces of pepperoni and supposed to be covered all the way to the crust. I brought it back down to have the pepperoni pizza remade and when I picked it up it looked exactly like the first one with 5 in of crust but maybe had six more pieces of pepperoni. I don't know what happened but this place has gone downhill badly. We will not be returning after horrible looking pizzas the last three times we've tried there.

I had pickup order. The lobby was hotter than it was outside, and was about 90. The orders were averaging 20-25 minutes later than they were predicted to be ready. I ordered at 2:01, estimated pickup was 2:28, I actually got my pizza at 2:51. If it takes that long just say so, and I won't show up then.

Have never had a bad pizza going to Little Caesars. They continue to provide great pizzas and sides.

Once again, ordered pizza and delivered cold. Once again wrong drinks. Door dash only 15%!return for my troubles. Little Caesar’s filled the wrong drinks. Service is horrid even when I pick up an order it is wrong. Never
