The Falafel is one of the middle eastern chains that opened few years ago. There is no doubt that the taste is authentic. But the pricing is very high. I generally go for the hummus salad. This is probably the best item to eat in Veg. The remaining things are ok.
Till date I must have had dozens (if not more of shawarma here...and will keep coming for more. I know thats no way to start a review but what to do....thats the truth : Situated in the food court section of the Inorbit mall, this outlet stands out with its variety and presentation. With courteous staff and fresh hygienic food always to welcome...this stop is a must for me everytime I visit Inorbit. This outlet serves a wide range of Lebanese and middle eastern food items. The preparation is always made on order and hence the food prepared is fresh and hot. All food items prepared are on the spot and we can see everything transparently.....unlike other out of sight kitchens. And almost no oil used! The menu is very extensive and both light bites as well as full meal combos are available. I personally always prefer the chicken shawarma and nachos. There are various options available for the shawarma itself including choice of bread. The presentation is appealling and pocket friendly as well. My personal favourite for both take aways and otherwise. Thank you for reading. Hope my review was helpful :
On my visit to Mumbai, and a quick shopping around decided to try this eating place at the food court. Coming from the land of Arabia, the Falafel's were ordered more to allow my Indian family to try out what they have been missing. Service is quick and I appreciated that all servers were aware of the dishes on offer and actually pronounced it the right way. We ordered the mango chilli falafel, it had a very mild flavour of both, i wish both the mango and chilli were stronger in taste to actually feel that's the flavour you are eating, though the falafels were really not bad. Along with it we ordered the Basil sun dried tostada and hummus/pita. Both were good, the hummus could have been more lighter and a more drizzle of olive oil over the hummus. Pink lemonade was watery, but refreshing, not sure if this is the way it has to be. Good place to go if you want a respite from Indian curries.
Tried the combo Chicken shawamra Lemonade Rs 200 Great taste..an filling too.. Must try if one is visiting Inorbit mall.
