Sham provides excellent customer service at this restaurant. He warmly welcomed my family and served us promptly and professionally. I will definitely be returning thanks to his exceptional service, along with the delicious food and ice cream. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

I placed an order for delivery through UberEATS. Unfortunately, Dairy Queen failed to give the driver my sodas and neglected to include the sauce I had paid extra for. When I called to address the issue, they hung up on me. Upon calling back, the person who answered was quite rude. The blizzard was missing ingredients and the malt was melted, despite the fact that we live only 2 minutes away. Dairy Queen, please consider hiring more responsible staff members.
