The owner, a woman, can guide you on the freshest ingredients used in the kitchen. Visitors from North India or those who prefer non-rice dishes will enjoy the chapatis offered here. The chicken manchurian served with steamed rice is a great option for quick tourists on their way to Pelling.
We were driving across the north east, staying at Club Mahindra, Baiguney, and decided to visit Jorethang. Had lunch at the restaurant of Rangeet Valley. We decided to have Chicken Chopsuey and the Chef was able to make the dish reasonably well. The restaurant is like a dhaba, but about the best you would get in Jorethang. The young boy serving us was pleasant and helpful and the large window offers excellent views of a park across the road.
I loved my stay in Rangeet valley hotel. It has a lovely, warm and homely environment. The rooms are clean and the hotel is centrally located. The food was really good. It was a very good experience and i would love to visit the hotel again. Thank you Mr Siddharth and the staff for paying attention to all my needs and making my stay a wonderful one.

When in Jorethang this restaurant is the first stop for us before we head up to Gayzing and Pelling. They serve freshly cooked wholesome meals and if you have more time in your hand than sing a song or two in their karaoke bar.
