The Green Emerald Forest Hill Country Club

Poorly located: the road leading to the resort is in a very bad condition. Food: Decent but over priced. Service: Wouldn't recommend visiting their restaurant for a dinner party, since the staff is too keen on closing the kitchen at 9. They keep bugging you with repeated reminders that the last order is only till 9:15. They served pet-waterbottles on the table and later billed us for 16 water bottles very unnecessary given the property is highly rated) The person who served food turned down the tip and literally asked us to tip all 3 waiters who served very unprofessional- never experienced anything like this) Overall wouldn't recommend for large gatherings, specially for birthdays/other occasions because of their time constraints

Firstly, the positives: The club's ambiance is undoubtedly top-notch. Its sprawling lawns, elegant decor, and overall atmosphere are unparalleled in the region, making it a visually ideal choice for any large gathering. This aspect of the venue deserves full marks and is a compelling reason for anyone looking for an exclusive and spacious setting. However, it's with a sense of disappointment that I must address the less-than-satisfactory service we experienced. Despite the club's reputation and the premium it charges, the staff's attitude is surprisingly aloof and, at times, borderline arrogant. This lack of professional hospitality is felt across various touchpoints, from the initial coordination phase to the execution. Comming to food, we have been frequent here but it seems to be in a downward spiral. Even with the new names in catering service the quality dosen't seem to improve. In conclusion, while it stands out for its physical allure and exclusive location, there's a significant room for improvement in the service quality. Wheelchair accessibility: The entire area seems wheelchair accessible.
