Contribuisci feedbackOne Saturday morning we found ourselves in the area and looking on Tik Tok we found the store with a branch to be nice. The waiter told us that they only serve branches on Sundays, we got our coffees and a toast, since we had no choice. The fireplace in the center of the store with open access is nice but smells of smoke everywhere. The location is perfect, the view is unlimited, the shop is abandoned and dirty, a shame because the specifications are there.
We had booked a table for 12 people for Christmas. The restaurant had no other people to eat, only 3 tables with a few people for coffee. In summary: Almost all the meats were uncooked, while we had asked for them well cooked Unacceptable behavior of the chef. Out of the 7 dishes (some people got the same: ribeye, t bone, fried chicken, chicken tagliata, beef tenderloin, squiffikta, mushroom risotto) only 2 dishes were eaten. (Fillet one of the 5 portions, however, uncooked and the risotto) The salads (country, exotic spinach) and appetizers (cheese mille feuille, potatoes and another one with cheese) were fine both in taste and quality. What followed after our complaints: When we asked them to cook them a little more because they were not edible, the waitress tells us that the chef said: that 's the way the dish is, it can 't be cooked more . What does it mean it can 't be baked longer? When we say that they were uncooked, we mean crimson, while the chicken especially, makes crats crats to chew. On a plate, the pine nuts were crushed, they smelled very bad, i.e. they were very old, we asked them to take them out, the answer was that this is the way the dish is and we should take them out ourselves. The chef did not bother to come out to speak to us and when one of the group went inside the restaurant to speak to him, he did not, as he heard him shouting at the waitress, who was trying to relay our comments to him. . Our waitress was polite and apparently tried to convey our requests, but to no avail. All this time there was no one else to eat, so there couldn 't even be the excuse that there were people and the chef couldn 't catch up. The 2 stars I gave to the service are purely for our waitress.
