Arx Gourmet Napoli - Neapel

Ceravamo un panino da mangiare a pranzo dopo aver visitato il Castello e il Museo. Il caffè di fronte ci ha consigliato di provare questo posto, Arx Gourmet. Non sembrava molto, ma quando siamo entrati abbiamo visto dei piatti davvero appetitosi: maiale arrosto farcito, melanzane, zucchine, peperonata... e lo chef ci ha preparato un panino. Era, credo, il migliore panino che abbia mai mangiato. Maiale con peperonata servito in un fantastico panino leggermente tostato. L'uomo che ci ha servito, e che aveva preparato tutti i piatti, ci ha detto di essere stato formato da Marco Pierre White e di aver lavorato come Chef di Cucina in diversi ristoranti in Gran Bretagna. Penso che stia solo dando una mano qui per il suo amico che possiede il locale; siamo stati davvero fortunati...

La migliore pizza di tutta la città, preparata con ingredienti freschi e servita dopo circa 5 minuti dall'ordine! Per due settimane a Napoli, ho provato molte Margherite in diversi posti e questa era un CAPOLAVORO! E quella vista! Servizio: Pranzo nello locale Tipo di pasto: Pranzo

This place has great potential but they need to get way more organized! First of all it's unclear why the food comes from one place and everything else from another but it's ok. Just hire smart people! The guy looked exhausted (he was the only waiter and he had to run around and across the street to grab the food . Who is the manager here, really, this doesn't work. It's a pity because the food was GREAT!! I recommend the fried pizza and the focaccia with aubergine. The waiter informed us that they run out of almost everything (on a FRIDAY at LUNCH in a turistic location...come on... . So I went across the street and I asked directly the Chef what they had left, LUCKILY they also had fried pizza and other food the waiter didn't mention. If they were more organized they could make millions. Also because I don't expect someone who doesn't speak Italian to just to go up and speak to the cooks. Anyway there's a great view, food was great, we were in the shadow and with a pleasant breeze. You just need to be a bit patience and hunt for food yourself.
