Una delle grandi opportunità di pranzo se si soggiorna a Napoli. Cibo straordinario che quasi sembra buono da mangiare, buona selezione di vini e personale attento in un ristorante molto ben ridotto decorato. Una serata che terremo a mente. Nice place that wants to imitate a starred restaurant but there is still a long way to go unlike the prices which have already adjusted. Definitely disproportionate for food idea and service. I don't recommend it too expensive for what it offers Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Cozy and very relaxing place. Balanced dishes that play with textures and explosions of flavors with the right timing. Every bite transported you, thrilled you and brought back beautiful memories. Welcome, warmth, friendliness, friendliness and great culinary ability. This is a small spoiler of what you can find at Essencia Restaurant. Having recently also opened on Sundays for lunch, we decided to eat with these very young but very talented guys who not only conveyed to us their passion and creativity through taste and smell but also made us live a real relaxing experience at equal to a SPA. This little culinary jewel is located on the outskirts of the wonderful historic center of Naples and the location is refined but at the same time also home ; the maître and sommelier Natalia was able to recommend the perfect wine pairing for our tasting, giving us clarifications on the grape variety and the flavor which we then actually found when tasting the wine itself. Chef Dario Gallo has innate creative and food pairing skills: he was able to play with raw materials by creating dishes never seen before starting from simple elements and with great skill he took us on a journey surprising us with every bite of each dish. Not least the souschef Miriana Esposito who presented us with one of the tasting dishes at the table, making us share in their passion and the fun that drives their tenacity. The entrées and desserts completely produced by them are exquisite, as are the bread products, a fact that needs to be specified because not in all the restaurants in the Michelin guide you have the possibility of tasting homemade pastries. Really competitive and honest value for money. Essencia is a wonderful experience.
