Taco Bell - Nederland

My experience at this restaurant was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was clean. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and professional. The food was served hot and delicious, not cold. I look forward to visiting this Taco Bell again soon.

Just 20 minutes ago, I ordered 6 crispy tacos and 2 Burrito Supremes at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the server initially got my request for extra sauce wrong and only provided one sauce per item, totaling 8 taco sauces. However, the manager stepped in and ensured I received the extra sauce I requested. Her prompt assistance was commendable, and she really saved the day. Taco Bell is a convenient option for a quick meal when you're hungry. While some servers can be less than pleasant, I still recommend the Nederland location because of the strong management. Keep up the great work!

Please don’t turn my Taco Bell into a McDonald's. I ordered the Crunchwrap breakfast box, but they were out of Cinnabons because "the fryer is broken." Yet, somehow they were still able to make the hash browns and cinnamon twists.

The prices are fair for what you receive. There isn't much to rave about or to complain about, but be sure to double-check your bag before leaving to ensure you've got all your ordered items.

I worked at TB for almost two years, so I completely understand the struggle of handling rushes and getting orders right. However, I do not appreciate being misled just to cover for an employee's mistake. I placed a pickup order today and went through the drive-thru. Everything was great until I received my food. I immediately realized the food wasn't mine as soon as I pulled away, so I went inside with my mobile order receipt and requested a remake. The cashier told me someone had picked up my order, but that was me since I had the receipt. After spending a total of an hour waiting in the drive-thru and then inside the store, I finally received my remake—but it was prepared incorrectly. It honestly seems like the management is not training their staff properly, as everyone seemed overwhelmed.
