Qdoba Mexican Eats - Neenah

Pros: Food is decent and the workers go as fast as they can to keep up. Cons: I was never given a receipt for my order; the soda machine only had diet sugar free options; the chips I received with my take out order were stale.

I am writing this review to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I can see that they are often understaffed, like many other businesses, and finding good employees can be challenging. I have had both good and bad experiences here, but I appreciate that they are making an effort to address any problems that arise. It is commendable that they are actively working to improve, rather than ignoring issues. On the occasions when I had an issue, they were able to resolve it. The main issue seems to be a lack of staff, but the regional manager is working on building a strong team and fostering good relationships among employees. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and I believe this restaurant is trying their best to improve. I encourage those who have had a negative experience to give them another chance, as they are making progress every day.

The shrimp street tacos were a disappointment. With only 5 pieces of shrimp and large chunks of onion, they were not worth the money. The avocado topping was not appealing. One taco was so poorly constructed it fell apart, prompting me to pull apart the other tacos to demonstrate how unappetizing they were.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. They didn't have any chips, and the staff were very rude and disrespectful. Additionally, they had very few soda options which was very disappointing.

I asked for a bowl with what you?d normally get with it. Rice, beans, meat, etc. they couldn?t fill my bowl half way with everything I asked. Waste of money and time. Guy taking my order was not present the whole time either. Took them about 20 min to get my order for 2 taken. On top of it all got what I asked for wrong as well. Wouldn?t recommend going here.
