Went through the drive thru. Took forever to take our order then when we got to the window our order was canceled??? So we re-ordered and it took 17 minutes and they still didn't get the order correct. If we hadn't paid, I would have drove off. Grand opening $1 coney dogs $2 sundaes! ¹ I wanted JUST CHEESE on my dog, but they couldn't figure out how to ring it up.... 1 coney dog, ADD CHEESE! Then just don't put the meat sauce on it..... seriously? $2.53 for a cheese dog! IDTS ² Then the sundaes no longer have nuts as an option! ‍ So very disappointed. I'd fully intended to buy 5 dogs w cheese 2 sundaes. Instead, I just had one dollop of ice cream w hot fudge only. I won't be back.

The food at this restaurant is consistently good. However, I was extremely disappointed by the slow service during my recent visit. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a small order of cheese curds, and it took a total of 15 minutes for my order to be ready, even though I was the only customer in the Drive-Thru. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.
