Seabreeze - Nelson Bay

We had a table for four and ordered four meals. The food that arrived was delicious; however, two of the meals were served 20 minutes after the third one. The fourth meal was supposed to come out, but after waiting 45 minutes and then being told it would take another 15-20 minutes (which would have made it an hour after we placed our order), we decided to give up and ask for a refund. The restaurant has great potential, but they need to improve their organizational skills. Other tables that arrived after us were already eating while we were still waiting. The staff provided updates on our wait time, but they didn’t seem accurate, as plating shouldn’t take that long.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and I would rate the room, service, and location all a perfect 5!

The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable. The apartments are quite nice, and there was plenty of parking available for us. The dining options were decent, offering cocktails and cold drinks. The staff was friendly during our one-night stay. The location is great, close to shops, cafes, and the bay. Overall, I would rate the room 4 stars, service 4 stars, and location 5 stars. Hotel highlights include its quiet atmosphere and great value.

Remain in this hotel and surprisingly is room so dusty, much dusty around the corner, haare in the bathroom drainage and plastic müll from the previous family, so shocking. for dinner we thought that we had in the restaurant, cook was nice to us and show us about the restaurant, but thener is rude, asking why we sit on a table without eating on our table, they did not know that we have ordered and just wait for eating. eating was simple and simple, but what was very disapointing is we ordered a prawn that promised to be fresh, it was only about 200-250gr and cost me 50, it was pale and bitter, I asked the quality, but you still ate it, try not to be rude, but again I have to pay for delicious seafood. So throughout the hotel room need additional care and attention, eating on the average side, seafood is delicious, and yet they have to pay the tourist prices.
