This eatery is part of a commune (which some people even describe as a cult) that operates several farms to supply their ingredients. Everything is homegrown and homemade, and you can really taste the love in each dish. They offer a limited daily menu, and their sandwiches are particularly popular. The staff were welcoming and eager to share information about the farms within the community. It's definitely worth a visit for an authentic small-town experience.
We visited and had a great time enjoying our Vanilla Chai Latte sandwich. The ambiance was quite interesting and unique. It was only later that we learned from locals about its so-called 'cult' background. The vibe was definitely different, but we had a positive experience overall!
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was incredibly friendly! Although we didn't have time to eat, the food smelled delicious.
Super tasty food with a quirky interior design. However check if you mind the ownership. We have been handed out a flyer going out and it’s owned by a religious organization with many controversies. Wish I would know beforehand I would choose another option.
