Kens Oriental Nenagh

Ordered online with the Kens app arrived in time to be asked hold on. 15mins later I had to ask what was happening with the food and quite sharply was told twice the order didn't exist. I showed my app my message and nothing to say no explanation no food. I have used this restuaunt for years will not be back disgraceful way to treat regular customers. 30 min waiting for nothing.

Don't usually order from kens but last night we got a takeaway delivered, came on time but sorry to say that was as good as it got.chicken balls burnt to a crisp ,chips cold and soggy.prawn crackers were at least 24hrs old pure stale, my wife's main course was inedible. We ended up paying just so we could put it in the bin, Very disappointing. Will stick to our regular chienese in the future.

Edit: Continued to use this Chinese as I still think it's the best in town and the service times have greatly improved, and as such, so has my review. Thanks Kens!! Best Chinese in town, although sometimes when you pre-order you end up waiting outside for 15-30 mins past your collection time for your food, hence the 4 stars. If that stops happening it's a guaranteed 5 star!
