They are very chintzy...I would drive to the webb city location. it takes 4 hard tacos at neosho to make one you will get at webb city. and they charge for a side of red sauce not in webb city. prices are to expensive for how chintzy they are. the food does taste good just have to order 4 times as much.
Taco Gringo's has good food and people are nice. Clean please to eat.
I have been a serious fan of Gringos since they opened over 25 years ago, buying lunch from there at least once a week. Something has changed in the last year, and I won't go back again. The last 3-4 times I've been there, the rice was so dried up, it was like biting a rock; food portions have gotten smaller, while prices have increased. I personally witnessed a customer order 12 tacos with sour cream, and get charged $12 extra for the added sour cream. Manager was so rude when the customer complained and refused to pay $12 for sour cream. There was no compromise.
I went through the drive through on my way home as I lice 30 minutes away and got the WORST bean burritos I have ever had in my life. Beans were hardly cooked and very little of it, no cheese or onions, and hardly any sauce. I did not discover this until my family of 5 began eating them. (I had ordered the 12 for 12 special. I called the manager and got the absolute worst customer service. They would only remake the burritos that were left and did not care that I lived 30 minutes away. Told me it was policy. I told the manager that my policy was if I got crappy food and service not to spend my money there ever again. And I wont. If I could leave a negative star I certainly would.
