Friendly staff and quick service. Just what you'd expect of May Brown's! The food is always fresh and crisp, and the staff is always friendly. I love the fact that they even bring the food to your table if you're waiting. A true Canadian establishment!

If you're thinking about Kentucky fried, try this. Better overall. Way better fries or tators as they call them. Chicken is generous, coleslaw is very good. Price similar.

First off, we used to love coming to this place. The food was always hot; the portions were always big. For the last few months or so, however, the portions have been very tiny and the breading on my chicken tenders has been falling off. It’s not just a little bit, but the tenders are so bare that the oil has been frying to chicken meat directly.On several occasions, they also have forgotten the coleslaw. For what things cost nowadays, we feel we are being ripped off. What’s most disappointing is that this location used to do a good job. Now, it seems like the staff has not been trained properly. This cheapens the experience greatly. We are debating not coming back. We’ve even ordered less frequently lately hoping that coming back, we’d get better food and that maybe the previous times were unfortunate one-offs, but the quality (and quantity) has only continued to decline.You need to do better.

No longer breading their own chicken for the sandwiches. Owner started bringing in frozen patties that aren't even half the thickness of the in store breaded ones. Avoid this franchise.

Fast service. Great chicken! reasonably priced.The Nashville sandwich is something else! wow.$50 for two adults and two kids. Not bad.
