Order OSC0J0PBX6ZC0 On April 29th I ordered a sandwich with sides- meat sandwich (pulled pork), mac cheese and coleslaw. The service was great. 5 out of 5 stars. Seating, no score because it's a food truck. Good location though. The price, it's about fair for the meal type. Even then, 2 out of 5 stars. The food quality, in all 2 out of 5 stars. Over all, 3 out of 5 stars. Not great but not terrible. The details.... The young couple working there were very friendly and happy. Easily 5 out of 5 stars. The sandwich was pulled pork. I made a mistake here because I avoid pork whenever possible. But anything else costs more and I was broke. Enough to cover the meal, and that's it. So meat availability and price adjustment for the selection is a huge minus on cost. Otherwise it's be a 4 out of 5 stars. The meat was dry and the bun was disgustingly soggy. 1 out of 5 stars. The coleslaw was good, watery but good. 3.5 out of 5 stars. The Mac Cheese...first, it wasn't macaroni, it's fusilli pasta. Which holds the sauces better than macaroni (or maccheroni, which is the proper spelling). But...what sauces? The cheese was there in color, and barely a taste. The bacon, no added taste. Easily 1 out of 5 stars. The BBQ sauce was good. Tasted like Sweet Baby Ray's, but then I never saw the bottle either, so there's really no telling. No score for the BBQ sauce though, even though it did make the meat more palatable. I might come back, I dunno.
My son and I stopped in for the first time today and it was great food! Some of the best pulled pork I've had, a little sweet but not too much. Potato salad and Mac and cheese were great too!
