Never again! Employee had a real nasty/confrontational attitude. Got my order wrong- and they couldn't wait to get on their phone.
Owner wanted to charge me for veggies. I've never experienced that before. Gunk came out of the Dr. Pepper dispenser while I was filling my cup up. That means that the spickets aren't properly being sanitized. On top of all the owner or was rude which putthe cherry on the cake. Will not be going back.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it: this is the worst subway I've been to. I've stopped multiple times over the past few years when I was out running errands and needed a quick lunch, and every experience was frustrating. At this point I would rather drive outof my way to go somewhere else, even if it would be convenient to eat here when I'm already at Walmart. I'm adding a starbecause whenever I've been there it seemed like everything was clean and the food was very fresh. But somehow every time I'mthere, they employees are working at a snail's pace. I thought the first time maybe it was an off night or just one employee whodoesn't typically work the line. But getting sandwiches made for me, my husband, and daughter, should not take 10 minutes. Theplus side is the line never looks very long, but maybe that's because everyone else has had similar experiences and just steerclear.
I usually stop at Subway when I?m traveling however last night I wanted something quick, easy and different. This subway was impressive from the top notch customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the product which wasfresh. The route 66 location in Neptune, NJ with in Applebees Plaza.
