Town Country - Nerang

Very clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and excellent value! The air conditioning is perfect for daytime naps. The large rooms come with a sizable smart TV and updated showers—definitely worthy of 5 stars from me! If you read other reviews, you'll see that most guests are normal, middle-aged couples, and I didn't find anyone to be rude. The sheets didn't smell like smoke; that's probably from the smoking area downstairs—not even near the balcony. Overall, it’s a clean and attractive room with great value, a big TV, and a modern bathroom. What more could you ask for? I truly believe it's a 5-star experience, offering good, honest value. Just my opinion!

We did not get much sleep because of the sagging bed causing us to roll into the middle all night, the pillows were atrocious with the stuffing hanging out of some and the blankets looked to be 20 years old, the shower although it appeared to be recently renovated was terrible with a shelve that you banged into every time you moved and then to top it off you have the noise from the freeway all night. They couldn’t even cook egg tomato on toast for breakfast properly so although we were booked for four nights we left after the first and they refused to refund any of the nights that were booked even with more than 24 hours notice for two of the nights. This would have to be one of the worst motel experiences we have ever had.

Overcharged on credit card. They made an unauthorized transaction on my credit card for $150 have rudely refused to refund my money. When challenged they claim it was for smoking, I am a non smoker, never smoked my room had a strong smell of cigarettes on check in. Do not give this business your credit card details !!!!

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, featuring strong and hot showers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing fresh towels and meeting our needs daily, along with thorough cleaning of our room. Both the rooms and bathrooms, as well as the entire property, are impeccably maintained. We've been staying here for the long term (6 weeks), and we couldn't have chosen a better place. My partner and I feel safe and at home here. The Wi-Fi is excellent as well. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Our room felt newly renovated, with a well-organized and spotless environment. The location was excellent, perfectly situated for easy access to Metricon Stadium via public transport. Although it's right next to the M1, noise levels were minimal. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.
