If you happen to be passing the Glarnerland and looking for a nice place to eat, then this is the one to go for.As you go in you realise immediately the effort made to have a comfortable place, clean and with the highest quality standards. The quality of the food is superb and you are felt very welcome.The fact that they also offer excellent pizzas cooked with wood in a purpose built oven, combined with a nice variety of elaborated mediterranean cuisine dishes makes this restaurant stand out from the rest. If this is the kind of food you like then I would definitely give it a go. You won't regret it.

We have a holiday home in the Canton so are always seeking new dining spots. We'd driven by this one a hundred times and finally tried it. Glad we did. Very friendly, English speaking, and good food. For those not familiar with suburban Swiss restaurants, I always liken it to visiting a friends house for dinner. That's because most places are part of the owners home - and have a homely rather than commercial feel. It's slightly odd and disconcerting at first. The food here is well presented and tasty - not nouvelle cuisine but not 'pub grub' either. I'll go again and again - it's one of the better local restaurants.

This restaurant is surrounded by the Swiss Alps, really a breathtaking view. Like the outside view, the ambiance inside is equally great. The staff were friendly and warm. The interior is chic and modern. The food served here is superb. We ordered the fish and prawn dishes. They were cooked and seasoned in perfection, as I could taste the freshness of seafood. I was always in awe as the dishes were nicely presented and decorated like in the high end fine dining restaurant. We tried the pizza too. We could not resist to order one by looking at the pizza chef making a fresh pizza from our table. It's so yummy and authentic, like having pizza in Italy. Btw, the pizza chef is Italiano.This time we were seated by the window, looking out the Swiss Alps while enjoying the food served. Beautiful evening we had. Actually it was my second time to dine at this restaurant. Would certainly come back on my next business trip to Zurich and highly recommend it.

When we entered the restaurant, the atmosphere around us was really cosy. We first saw a wood burning pizza oven, but we didn't expect this, so we were pleasantly surprised. They welcomed us with open arms. The service was really good and friendly. The food was exquisite.We've started with a salad and carpaccio, then we ate veal and shrimps as main course The cook surprised us after with a grand desert. It blew our mind, so delicious. We totally recommend this restaurant.

Had an amazing time at this restaurant. Food was delicious and service was impeccable. We were able to look at the pizza guy making our pizza and I must say the pizza tasted great ! Everything was awesome and I highly recommend everyone try this restaurant if you want an awesome dining experience !
