Contribuisci feedbackWe have been mistreated and physically attacked by the reception employee at les Airelles. We sent a dinner reservation request by email for Dec 31st with wife and kid. We got a reply with the menu and if we would like to confirm. We confirmed in reply to that email. All done mid November. All of a sudden when I asked what time we would be welcome 1 day prior there was no confirmation, no availability and no excuse. There we are with the family traveled to France for a family end of year days. Upon showing the email in person at the hotel Anthony got upset immediately and told us to leave the hotel. We asked for a manager but he said there is no one to talk with. Leaving the hotel Anthony grabbed my husband and at the point we wanted to capture the abuse. We never had this issue and love France. If they told me it was an honest mistake, it was fine. If they told me sorry but we'll receive you for lunch the 1st of January also fine. But none of that, right away all blame on us, aggressive posture and physical assault. We feel we looked forward to some good food and experience and trust the remainder of staff is great but front desk training and customer complaint/ satisfaction department has some work cut out for them. Surely starting by telling this employee to find a job on the North pole...

I recommend this establishment. Discovery of a hotel restaurant nestled in a stunning little town. Booking is recommended. Evening meal with original appetizers. Gourmands, we took the starter formula, dessert dishes: a delight for our taste buds! A discovery of wines thanks to an excellent sommelier. A discreet, efficient service that cares about our well-being. Nice, comfortable room. Full breakfast. A quick trip to the local market to buy products discovered during the evening meal (cheese!
Unfortunately we booked a table here. after asking what time we would be welcome we found out that our reservation was not processed correctly at all. Since we were coming from far away we wanted a phone call to ask what had gone wrong. While we had confirmed well in time. Immediately there was a rude response. I come in many hotels and many restaurants as you can tell by my reviews. But never in my life have I (or my family) been treated so rudely. I would advise the owner to train his staff for hospitality. And definitely have them take a course! Because this was so incredibly rude that the front desk guy even pushed my husband. It could have been solved simply to admit that something had gone wrong and suggest another day for dinner. But on the contrary, the immediate response was aggressive.
