I'm sorry, this time to write a non-positive feedback in a restaurant that we appreciated a year ago. when we entered (my son and I) we had been advised that we had to pay cash only (not a problem for us). we were supported by a blonde lady in her, since at first she seemed unpolitic and quite rude. she gave us a tablet to scan menu and when she came back to take orders that she refused to be hard because we lost the names of the dishes and were not able to find them immediately through the electronic menu. she left and came back minutes later and when a young waitress came to order, she said something to her in German to avoid giving us help. we entered the restaurant on pm and finally ordered at food was delicious when we came the last time. we wanted to pay that we put money in the table. the lady took the money and disappeared. after minutes no one came with the rest so we decided to wait at the exit door for money. Finally, the dame came back and with a bitter smile gave us the rest. in the meantime we had a look at the bill and noticed some extra costs on the meat price list we did not fall. we'd rather go without fighting. a question comes in my mind. “Why?” I felt like we weren’t valued as customers. a clear invitation to avoid returning. very strange feeling I'm not used to. a year ago we had a very positive experience. it is posibile that today the dame was not in a good mood. not clear.

She gave us a tablet to scan menu and When she came back to take orders she denonstrated to be hard upset because we Lost the name of rhe dishes and were not able to find them immediately through the electronic menu. she Left and came back minutes later and when a young waitress came to take order she said something to her in german to avoid she gave us assistance. In the meantime we had a look to the bill and noticed some extracharge on meat pricelist we didnt undersrand. We preferred to Leave without arguing. Now, A question come to my mind. “Why?” I felt as if we were not appreciated as clients. A clear invitation to avoid to come back again. Very strange feeling I am not used to. The service is very long ! The meat is good. The prices are very expensive and the service is better downstairs than upstairs

It’s a nice restaurant where you feel comfortable and the meat is delicious. There isn’t much choice, but if what you’re looking for is grilled meat then it’s the right place. The waiting time was more than it’s normal
