Manager Eva felt like at home from the start, met us on the veranda and told us about the facilities, the village parties and the wine shop next door. Our room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Bathroom with bathtub, clean and well maintained. Wonderful breakfast area offered a large breakfast, coffee, tea, assorted breads, ham, cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, yogurts... we missed nothing. We will return in one year or two and we are more than happy recommended

We booked this hotel six months in advance to make sure we get the room we wanted, but when we arrived, it was a different story. At first, there are no employees present during the day, so that this eliminates any kind of review in... at first. After we checked in and got into our room, we have the first thing we noticed about the room, it wasn't the room we booked. We booked the Classic Quadruple Room with two Queen Beds, and the room we received was the triple room with two single beds with a sofa bed. When we talked to the receptionists, she said there was nothing they could do, so we asked if we could exchange the sofa bed with a regular bed and we were told again that there was nothing they could do, everything they had. She wanted to allow us to cancel our reservation without fees, but there were no other hotels due to a festival in the area. We also drove more than 5 hours to get there and have already paid for all the events we had planned for this weekend, so we were solid. We booked this hotel with Booking.com, so we decided to get them involved, after a few back and forth with Booking.com and the receptionist via the phone we don't get anywhere. The receptionist told us that there is nothing they could do, except perhaps stealing another sofa bed in our already small room and telling Booking.com that I was a room with four single beds that was not the case. After our stay when we went to pay for our room thought that since we were in a triple room, that is what we would pay but no. Because we booked the Classic Quadruple Room and refused to crawl another sofa bed in the already small room, we had to pay the full price. At this point we were so with this hotel, we just wanted to go so that we decided to pay the total amount and submit a complaint to Booking.com later. After we filed a complaint with Booking.com, we said that they would not do anything, as the receptionist gave them false information about us that refuse a room with four single beds and call the hotel itself and ask for a refund. We then called the hotel and asked for a refund of the difference between the two rooms and said it would not happen. Because we denied their offer of free cancellation or tried to frame another sofa bed in our room, she repeated it over and over again so that I had suspended the phone that it was over. Then we started to get WhatsApp messages from her that they call Booking.com and an additional cleaning due to the condoms used all over the ground that was another lie because there is no sexually active in our room. So makes us think how thoroughly they clean their rooms when they're still finding things from other people, or if they just do things to make more money. Overall, hotel is located on a loud street. The opposite was a bus stop. So loud. Breakfast was abysmal. There were no fruits and only a variety of rolls and bread. Very unfriendly! Absolute Zero Service! Save headaches and frustration and book somewhere else! Never!

We were about the weekend to a short stay in the pfalz. when we wanted to refresh some culture, our choice fell to the hotel hambacher winzer in hambach, because of the proximity to the hambacher. we were somewhat insecure by negative reviews in the past in hotel forums, but some time ago the prestige of this hotel changed and the new reviews gave hope and we were not disappointed! already at the arrival we were greeted by the family who was extremely friendly and warmhearted. then we moved our three-bedded room in the first floor. all very clean and cosy furnishings. also the bathroom was very nice and practical furnishings, all tiptop clean. the room was very quiet, although it was on the road. family wendling, as they betrayed us, also some time and effort in the renovation of the rooms as well as the whole house, and it was worth it! the house itself has style, not a sterile new building, but a hotel where they can feel instantly, with how much love it the wetin has set up. they can feel that the host family hangs with their hearts on this house. the evening meal that we took in the house, for the sake of simplicity. they will feel comfortable when they enter the host room. it is very much kept in wood that contributes to the cozy mood. the menu is very extensive, also with many local specialties. all with very moderate trips. we were very happy to eat. they realize that everything was prepared with love. also the drink card leaves no whistle open. a very large selection of weeping from the pfalz, but also the beekeeper is thought. the breakfast next morning in a smaller breakfast room. also this is very cozy, with open fireplace etc. in the breakfast you can lay the basis for a good day in the family wendling. a very large selection of sausage, cheese and jam, also breakfast and clam for our youngest has not missed. only everything that belongs to a good breakfast. we enjoyed this short visit at the hotel and weinstube hambacher winzer very well and we will certainly not have been there the last time. familie wendling would like to thank them again for the super hospitable. they were read by one of the eyes. in such a house they can feel comfortable. we wish the family all good and look forward to our next visit in their beautiful hotel.

We took this year to the sylvester 2010/2011 to start a short trip to the pfalz and then pushed to the wendling’s hambacher winzer, who recently changed the owner's first name, which we unfortunately did not know and booked a family room there! we arrived, were received super friendly, then the room was shown to us, which was very cozy and very clean. even a baby travel bed for our little mouse has been provided. eight great. the bathroom was very modern and renovated and very clean. the room was very cozy furnished! the owners were very friendly and friendly. the restaurant is very rustic and cozy with a lot of love made to detail! the new owners have managed to make the hotel so that they can only feel comfortable here. we felt very comfortable and come back soon. thanks to the family that ensures great care during our stay. it was very nice with you! many sweet family ellermeier
