Cafe du Petit Canal - Nevers

We had a 12.5 Euro Menu Du Jour Menu of the day and we added a red wine pitcher for 5 Euro. For the first course we had Russian Salad and Terrine. For the second course we had Andouillette Grillée Grilled traditional french sausage and Lapin Sauce Moutarde Rabbit in mustard sauce and Peas with Ham. Then we had some cheese and for dessert we had Tarte aux Pommes and Flan. At the end we had a strong coffee. It sounds good and interesting, but the taste was just average, what a pity.

I had a drink in this establishment. Sympathy, cleanliness are there. I'm going to have lunch there without delay!

Very good restaurant for a workers' meal at noon (past at 16€50 coffee included) Friendly and warm staff.

“Worker” restaurant... Meal service only at lunchtime during the week. Efficient and friendly service. It is useful to make a reservation to limit any possible waits. My doggies are welcome and enjoy the outdoor terrace in the summer. I go there regularly for the diversity of the menu and a reasonable budget. (From around €10, single dish, around €17 starter, main course, dessert, excluding drinks)

Super good, simple quick and efficient kitchen very good place I highly recommend.
