Arni's New Albany

Everyone seems to have complaints about the service, but I've honestly had nothing but positive experiences with the food and the staff. I've been visiting this restaurant for over 20 years, and while the staff has changed over time, my enjoyment has remained consistent. Having grown up in the service industry, I've learned that being friendly to the people who prepare your food often leads to better service in return. I've never encountered rudeness during pick-up or service; it's always been courteous and as prompt as possible. The longest I've had to wait for an order was 45 minutes, but that was on a busy Friday night, and I didn’t mind at all. The person on the phone was surprised when I cheerfully said that was fine. And why didn’t I complain? Because the pizza is consistently outstanding, and I believe in treating people well. In return, I’ve always received great service.

Arni's Pizza is my absolute favorite! I've lived in various states and haven't found any pizza that even comes close! Every time we return to southern Indiana, the first thing I crave is a deluxe pizza from Arni's!

During my recent visit back from Florida, I had an amazing experience—definitely the best pizza I've ever had! The staff was fantastic and the service was excellent. I can't wait to return on my next trip!

I want to update my review from two years ago. Unfortunately, the submarine sandwiches have not improved; in fact, they’re not as good as they used to be. The sauce has changed, there was no cheese, and the sandwich was undercooked. It’s disappointing because I used to really love these sandwiches. I don’t think I’ll be ordering this sandwich anymore. On my visit last Friday, September 24, 2021, I was not satisfied with the Whole Sub. It was baked too long, and the edges of the meat were burnt, although they are usually delicious.
