Cafe 157 - New Albany

I tried this today for the first time and was sorry it took me so long to go there! They offer breakfast until 2:00pm, which is not easy to find in the area. The German Farmer's Skillet is delicious; the potatoes are sliced very thin and cooked to perfection. I also enjoyed a side order of country ham, which was excellent. It's easily one of the best breakfasts I've found in the area for a long time. Highly recommended!

Delightfully cozy and surrounded by a lovely art gallery. Changing menu offers an interesting variety! Right across the street from TheatreWorks of Southern Indiana, so perfect for a pre-show dinner. We’ll be back!

My mom and I had a lovely late breakfast at this restaurant, where we enjoyed homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, and home fries. Everything was freshly made and absolutely delicious. The prices were fantastic as well; we were pleasantly surprised to have our meal for under $15! Additionally, they were open on Monday when most other places downtown were closed! The owner was very friendly, too! We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
