Mcdonald's - New Albany

The buns are usually stale or burnt or both 85% of the time I go there. And they never put the salt n pepper on the Patty.Lol, Cane run beats them hands down... n they got the worst customer service ever, but the food is always good.

Usually use the mobile app as I value the reward since prices have increased. Unfortunately, quite a few orders have been missing items lately and trying to get anyone in the store to fix the issue is difficult at best especially when the published phone number on Google is incorrect and the phone is disconnected.

Drive thru... I'm just happy to get everything I ordered.

Wouldn't go there unless I had to. Everything at this chain is spotty. Sometimes good service, sometimes terrible. Sometimes the exact order, sometimes someone else's stuff. Sometimes hot fries, sometimes barely warm. Sometimes clean, sometimes not a table clean anywhere.

The lady that handed me my food was very unfriendly. I was in the process of saying have a blessed day and half way of trying to say this she just gave a quick look and closed the window. VERY UNFRIENDLY!!!
