Penn Station East Coast Subs

So does this place not have a working phone or just employees who refuse to answer it? Generally curious so I know how to place my order in the future before already being in route.I've been calling for the last 20 minutes trying to place my order before I got there.

Love the Philly cheese steak and fries..!!!! They always turn the phone volume off so they don't have to work...I've caught them doing this several times...ridiculous...get your staff under control

I’ve been to most, if not all Penn stations in the area, both in Louisville and Southern Indiana. I had lost faith in Penn Station, to be honest, and usually decided to go somewhere else. I have never been to this location before so I thought I’d give it a try and It was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at Penn Station. The cheesesteak was fire! The fries were crispy! The staff was very professional! Highly recommend this location! I will be back!

Terrible service poorly made sandwich I asked 4x for extra sauce on my pizza sub and asked again when they handed it to me then I drive off and there is 0 sauce on the sandwich

Only got 1 fry when we ordered 2, the fries we did get were cold and soggy, and the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich had a few small pieces of bacon and turkey on it. Very disappointed.
