Rafters Music And Food New Albany

I 'm super disappointed in Rafters. We 've been before and it was good. Today we waited over an hour for food. 45+ minutes of that time we had no drinks and didn 't even see the server. When she finally came out, we asked for drinks. She said okay and walked away to the table next to us. They also asked for drinks. She took their cups to the back and got them refills. We promptly walked out. I 've never walked out of a restaurant in my life but it was pretty obvious our server didn 't want to be there and wasn 't going to actually serve us.

Burnt shrimp so exchanged for catfish. Only brought me 2 filets in exchange for an $18 shrimp platter and charged full price!

Sat on the patio for an hour and never got served…. Will not return.
